I Can Think of Few Sounds More Annoying . . .


. . . than the sound of a child "playing" the recorder. Possibly cymbals might be a tad more annoying.

Ah, perhaps. My youngest is playing the snare drum. W/out the pad on it, oh Lord, it is loud! Really, it's obnoxious. The only reason I put up with it? He's doing well and enjoys it - and I know that it will come in handy for him.
